The grandmillennial trend, also known as “granny chic” has become increasingly popular in the interior world. With many people adding a touch of granny chic to their glam decor, combining old with new, this makes for a unique and characterful interior space.
As a millennial myself, I can attest to the new trend. However, this isn’t a new trend for me. I’ve enjoyed adding little antiques into my home decor for years. Some of my favorite places to find heirloom and antique pieces are yard sales, estate sales, and places like Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. I love finding vintage paintings and prints, large furniture, and even vintage rugs to incorporate into my home decor.
If you aren’t so into the old and would rather bring in the new while staying on trend, you can shop for decor pieces that are new but still follow the grandmillennial trend.
