When it comes to skincare, I’m one to slather on tons of different products in hopes of achieving amazing results. While almost all of the products I use have been amazing, I’m currently crushing on a natural skincare brand called, Aú Natural Skinfood.
“Au Natural Skinfood is totally sustainable skincare for a fearlessly healthy face, confidence and a carefree attitude.”
When I had done an Instagram unboxing of the products a few months ago, I had numerous ladies reaching out and tell me how much they love these products. So, needless to say, I dove into using these products before even photographing them.
I am OBSESSED with the anti-aging facial oil for a few reasons. First, although it’s an oil, it doesn’t give your face that oily feel. It’s easy to wear day and night and even under makeup. The oil has a light scent, so if you’re scent sensitive, I feel like you’ll be fine with this product. I feel like my skin has achieved VIP status with this single product.
Aú’s products aren’t loaded with harsh chemicals or artificial anything. Instead, you’ll find natural ingredients sourced from New Zealand that are literally “food” for your skin.
“Natural Skinfood is tackling excessive use of single-use plastics and unnecessary packaging – from eco-refill pouches made from sugarcane, to home compostable packaging offering a fully refillable solution for skincare. This approach is creating a reduction of up to 75% in packaging volume through the supply chain and significantly reducing our carbon footprint.”
Another product I’m loving is the mud masque. I feel like this product opens the pores, reaches in and dries up all of the nasties inside. It has ingredients like manuka honey, volcanic clay, and bee venom that work together to deeply hydrate, cleans, and exfoliate. This is one of those products that you have to try for yourself to fully understand how it makes your skin feel. It’s like a “spring clean” for your face. It sorts of gives you a fresh start, in a sense.
Do you have a favorite Au Natural Skinfood product? Drop me a link in the comments section so I can check it out.
