Happy Monday!!
My oldest is back to school today which means I’m back to writing blog posts with my preschooler on my lap. Hello, Peppa Pig on the iPad and goldfish crackers on my desk!
With the new year came some new Target launches including their new Opalhouse collection. In the past, Opalhouse did a lot of pineapples and peacocks, but I can’t help but notice this season’s line is going full vacay mode. I’m not 100% sure if I love it all yet, but I’m sure if the prices drop enough, I’ll buy some of the pieces. Gotta love those red and yellow clearance tags.
I’m not sure if I’m loving all of the rattan and palms for my home this season, but give me all the macrame, tassels, and cacti. I’m even on the hunt for some juniper type of greenery for the home right now and Opalhouse has this faux bonsai tree looking thing.
Also, Chip and Joanna Gaines are adding the bedding of your dreams to their Hearth & Hand with Magnolia repertoire—and it’s only at Target. Think soft linens, patterned pillows and embroidered quilts. Oh, and the prices are dreamy too (bedding starts at just $19.99).
I’m still obsessed with the Hearth & Hand line by Chip and Jo and love that they are getting away from the total farmhouse look. I’m a little burnt out on farmhouse, personally, but I love the natural elements that they incorporate into their decor.
As seen on Target.com first.
