Visit dubli.com to sign up for a free account, where you can also upgrade to the VIP membership which gets you even bigger discounts for a small monthly or annual fee.
After signing up for your free account, you simply find your favorite shop, and purchase how you normally would. You can even use coupons and promo codes on top of your cash back offer from Dubli.
You can also refer-a-friend to the Dubli site and earn cash from each friend that signs up.
