Installation of the butterfly wall decals was super simple. We simple wiped down our walls with a wet rag and let them dry completely. Once dried, we simply peeled the butterflies off of the backing paper and placed them on the walls. They were so simple that Kendall, my three-year-old, was able to place some herself. Being the perfectionist that I am, I had to rearrange some of the decals to balance out the wall, but they easily just peel and stick again without creasing or tearing.
The unique material is strong, yet still thin enough to hang on the wall long term. I’ve actually had some bad experiences with other brands of wall decals being too thick and heavy, causing them to literally fall off of my walls, so I was pleased to see that these decals were thin, yet strong.
