It might be the last day of National Ice Cream Month, but we feel like celebrating! My family has been absolutely LOVING My/Mo Mochi ice cream (which I heard can now be found at some Costco stores).
Developed by the inventors of mochi ice cream, My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream is a carefully crafted snack made with a scoop of premium ice cream wrapped, in delectably soft dough. The new 6-pack boxes are available in seven flavor varieties (Mango, Strawberry, Green Tea, Cookies & Cream, Vanilla Bean, Double Chocolate & Mint Chocolate Chip) and each ball of My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream is only 110 calories each! My favorite is the Green Tea, but the Vanilla and Mango are pretty good, as well. These are the only three I have tried so far and I can’t wait to get my hands on the other flavors.
If you love mochi ice cream, check out the My/Mo website or visit your local frozen aisle and self-serve mochi bars at select locations of Safeway, Whole Foods Market, Kroger, ShopRite and more.
