What you’ll need:
- Overripe banana
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup chicken or beef stock
- 1 cup wheat flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then flatten dough with a rolling pin. Cut out with choice of cookie cutter or glass rim, then place on cookie sheet that’s greased, or lined with parchment paper. Bake 16-18 minutes.
