Stay active

Get enough sleep
A lot of people tend to make allowances for how busy they are by reducing how much sleep they’re getting. This is a terrible idea! However much more you might think that you’re getting done but cutting out sleep, the trade-off simply isn’t worth it. If you’re not sleeping enough, you’re going to end up feeling exhausted, lacking in concentration, not to mention the fact that it’s going to take a pretty serious toll on your immune system. This often leads to people getting sick more often that they would if they got a decent amount of sleep every day. No matter how busy you are, always try to get a decent night’s sleep. There are plenty of things in life that you can cut back on, but sleep isn’t one of them.
