I tend to switch hair care products every few months because I feel like my hair gets used to the products and they don’t seem to perform as well as they did when I first started using them. The only downside to having to switch hair care products often is my skin has to get used to the change, too. I have super sensitive skin that like to break-out when I use new hair products.
