There are many challenges we face as parents, some of which we feel like we’ve prepared ourselves for. Something I was not prepared for was childhood skincare and haircare. Both of my girls have had skincare issues like ringworm from a shelter cat, eczema right after childbirth, sunburn on the scalp from our numerous vacations and many other issues I’m sure I’m forgetting.
Sensitive skincare products for children are fairly easy to come by these days, thankfully. I’ve featured so many of them on my blog (see here) and have always loved the ones I’ve featured. Something we don’t hear much about, though, are sensitive hair care products for kids. It makes sense to use sensitive products on the hair, because they obviously touch the skin.
SoCozy is probably, no, absolutely my favorite kids hair care brand. I think I have now used every line they carry on my girls (and have even used some on myself) and we have never had a complaint. Seriously — no complaints at all! SoCozy has been my most recommended hair care line to friends, family and readers, because their products are amazing, but also because they are easily accessible at Target stores nationwide.
This is a brand that doesn’t just make kids hair products. Cozy Friedman completely understands the kid and parenting world. She celebrates kids being kids and completely embraces the realness of being a parent. We have that in common.
