They Use Tools and Apps
Organized people don’t actually do it all themselves. What would they look like if they actually admitted that to everybody?! Organized people use tools and apps to help them stay organized. They have alarm apps and reminders. They buy gadgets to make their lives easier. They are constantly researching and finding new ways to streamline their lives. You should do the same! Even if it’s just a calendar template, you’ll find going through your everyday tasks so much easier.
They Know How To Prioritize
Organized people know how to prioritize their main tasks, making it easier to stick to them. They usually make to do lists that they do their best to stick to, doing everything in order of importance. However, they always remain flexible, as they know that sometimes things can come up, or things can change.
They Don’t Accumulate Junk
Organized people never accumulate junk. Usually, before buying something new, they’ll purge and get rid of the old. In fact, they do this regularly. They don’t buy anything unless they need it, or absolutely love it. Accumulating junk is too easy these days!
They Have Routines And Rituals
Setting up a routine/ritual that you actually enjoy sticking to will help you to get things done. You’ll usually find that organized people get up earlier, and they start each day as they mean to go on. They may exercise in the morning, get some self development work done, meditate, run some errands – all before they start working! Having routines and rituals like this allows them to get everything done and still have time for themselves later on.
They Eat Well
In order to remain focused and organized, you need to eat well. Eating the right kind of food will keep you energized. You’ll feel more ready to tackle the day, and you won’t end up tired and lazy from a sugar overload in the afternoon. By improving your diet, you can start to get more organized right away.
They Have Time For Themselves
As mentioned earlier, organized people have time for themselves. They may spend time reading, watching TV, or pampering themselves. They aren’t running themselves ragged until they feel stressed and exhausted. They manage to get it all done with time to spare.

The older I get it seems the more organized I get. I have files, folders and notebooks that help me stay organized. Many of these tips I already do and I have been researching easy ways to organize.

I am so disorganied right now after moving and having my second cancer surgery. I would love someone to come and help me to get organized to stay back on track.
