When I first became a parent, I swore that I was not going to let my daughter sit in front of the TV until she was much older. Well, sometimes as a parent you just need a break; and TV can be a lifesaver. Needless to say, my kids watch TV quite often, especially when I have a busy work day.
Some of our favorite TV stations are PBS Kids and Disney Junior. My personal favorite shows are Curious George (PBS Kids) and Sophia the First (Disney Jr.), but my girls love just about every show that comes on.
I wanted to do a quick little round-up today of some of the latest shows that have come out on DVD that my girls have been enjoying. When it’s too hot to play outside and momma needs a break, these shows really come in handy.
