What if I told you that there was a skincare system out there that promises to reduce unwanted signs of aging, spots, scarring and redness? Would you be interested in learning more? They had me a redness…
Metrin Skincare
The skincare system I’m talking about has been around since 1932 and their formula hasn’t changed a bit. In fact, Metrin Skincare was gluten-free, fragrance-free, dye-free and animal cruelty-free before being ‘free’ was even a thing.
How I have never come across Metrin in over four years of blogging is a mystery to me, but I can’t wait to try their products out myself. Over the next three months, I will be using all five steps of the Metrin Skincare system to hopefully dramatically reduce the redness on my face.
How Metrin Works
I’ve tried serums from other brands that were designed to treat symptoms, but Metrin’s system is different. It helps your skin’s natural system work better to deliver the results you’re after. Unwanted symptoms disappear because the condition that has caused them has gone away. That’s Metrin’s promise, and if after giving their skincare system a 6-month trial you don’t see the results you’re after, they will give you a full refund.
My Initial Thoughts
My one concern about starting the Metrin system are the five steps. This new facial care system is lengthier than my previous skincare routine, but it is recommended to use all five in order. My current skincare routine for morning and evening is just three steps. I wash with a bar of soap, I treat my eyes with an eye cream, and I apply an all over face cream. A few times a week I use an exfoliator, as well. Metrin is going to take a lot of discipline on my end, but I’m willing to stick to it.
The Price
I was very shocked to see that the Metrin system was $152. This is nothing compared to some of the products I’ve tried and that price is for the entire 5-step system.
My Trial
As I mentioned above, I will be using Metrin for a solid three months and will be reporting any changes right here on the blog. I will show before and after photos in my next two blog posts (makeup-free).

More than beauty products I prefer using organic skincare products because I have a sensitive skin. These products look good and I would love to try them.
