This chicken meatballs with gnocchi dish has been one of our favorites from Hello Fresh. The entire family loved it and it was super easy to make in about 45 minutes.
I love and appreciate Hello Fresh for teaching me new cooking techniques. They use parts of fruits and veggies that I never thought to use and they incorporate them into their dishes in the most unique ways. These chicken meatballs were extra juicy thanks to shreds of onions and apples mixed with the meat. I would have never thought to do that!
