Last week, Jennifer Lopez launched the nationwide #BeTheGirl Challenge by BodyLab in an effort to help women become a happier, healthier and more confident version of themselves.
In an effort to combat the rising rate of obesity in the United States, the challenge invites women across the nation to kick start their health and fitness goals. Participants will commit to a 10-week program with Jennifer Lopez as their motivator along with a team of experts. They will also receive healthy and easy-to-make recipes, personalized fitness plans and expert nutritional advice. The #BeTheGirl Challenge allows participants to use the BodyLab fitness tracking tools in their free App, as well as a selection of BodyLab’s lifestyle products as a foundation to take this journey with Jennifer Lopez.
Participants are not required to purchase the BodyLab supplements to join the #BeTheGirl Challenge and BodyLab movement.
Prizes
The five most successful participants in the #BeTheGirl Challenge will be the lucky recipients of the #BeTheGirl in NYC Prize Package, including a stay at one of Jennifer’s favorite hotels, a luxurious spa treatment, and the chance to meet JLo herself!
