I have pretty much perfected the art of packing for a week long trip with only using a carry-on suitcase. Like the previous version of Downy Wrinkle Releaser, it removes most wrinkles fabulously, but also serves as a fabric refresher. I find this to be a great plus, as I absolutely hate going into a hotel room or stateroom that has stale air, stinky furniture or nasty smelling bedding. It’s also great to keep in the bathroom to cover those unmentionable odors! Downy Wrinkle Releaser Plus does not leave any sticky residue whatsoever. I sprayed my sofas, chair and curtains and the fabric feels exactly as it did before applying the Downy. I have found that other brands can leave a sticky buildup after drying, and one brand actually left my sofa fabric a bit lighter in the spots I applied more refresher.
Previously I have purchased a few leading brands of fabric refreshers, none of which I particularly love the scent of. They really only covered up odors for a short time, and with an indoor dog the odor pops right back up. With the Downy, it actually got rid of the pet odor instead of just covering it up, and the scent is very fresh and clean. I feel like I get a bargain anytime I can buy a product that multi-tasks! In the above photo you can see the wrinkled t-shirt on the left. In the middle photo, I used Downy Wrinkle Releaser Plus, stretched the shirt slightly and laid it on a flat surface to dry. You can see how it took care of the wrinkles and made the shirt wearable again.
