Disclosure: I received products from Skin Authority to facilitate my review. Any opinion expressed in this article is based on my experience with the brand/products and is never influenced by compensation.
I recently connected with Ashley White, my skincare coach and licensed esthetician. Ashley asked me important questions about my skin and skincare concerns and gave me a list of skin authority product that would help me achieve my goals. She also gave made me a daily AM and PM skincare regimen using the products that she recommended so it was easy for me to know how to use them.

About Skin Authority: Skin Authority is a prestige skin care line chosen by beauty experts, celebrities, and the media for skin care performance that produces immediately visible results and continued improvement. The innovative formulation technology, partnered with the simplicity of the product line and an accessible price point, resonates with today’s consumers. Skin Authority offers a complete line of multi-purpose “results oriented” products and easy to use home care kits featuring simple routines. The result is a lifetime of healthy, radiant skin and incredibly strong brand loyalty among consumers.
From the beginning, Skin Authority has developed its products and treatments to deliver immediately visible results and lasting changes using the most naturally effective ingredients available to accomplish the results. In most ways, Skin Authority can be considered more “natural” or “organic” than brands that make the claim exclusively. Skin Authority was one of the first full-line brands to eliminate parabens, dyes, fragrances, and animal testing, without sacrificing results or shelf life. In 2009, Organic Spa Magazine said, “Skin Authority is one of the companies making strides, both big and small, in the ever changing world of natural and organic beauty.”
Products I Tested:
My Experience with Skin Authority: I was so pleased with how well Ashley met my skincare needs. The Skin Authority products made my skin look and feel amazing. One of my biggest skin concerns was my pregnancy-related melasma on the sides of my face. Ashely explained that while Skin Authority does have a great product for treating melasma, it is not recommended during pregnancy. Instead, she recommended the Brightening Serum. Unfortunately, the Brightening Serum didn’t treat my melasma but I ended up using it on old scars and it worked like a charm to lighten the appearance of them.
The daily cleanser took me a while to get used to as I was used to the Dove bar soap as a face wash. This daily cleanser didn’t always get all of my makeup off of my face but I would follow up with the Acne and Oil Control liquid. This got any makeup residue off that had been left behind by the cleanser and dried out any blemishes I was concerned about.
My husband actually ended up taking my Sunscreen Moisturizer and using it for work, as he works outdoors and is always in need of a great sunscreen. We had a constant battle pulling the sunscreen from sink to sink each day but this was a great product worth fighting for.
My absolute favorite product in the bunch was the Ultra Rich Moisturizer. It has such a great smell and never feels cakey, greasy or dry. My skin has never been better, moisture-wise, and I attribute that to this awesome moisturizer. It was a sad day when I used my last bit of this amazing product.
The grand total for my entire skincare regimen was:
Brightening Serum $65
Sunscreen Moisturizer $42
Acne and Oil Control $52.50
Daily Cleanser $42
Ultra Rich Moisturizer $55
Total: $256.50
The products I would definitely purchase again are the Ultra Rich Moisturizer and the Sunscreen Moisturizer.
