If you love to make edible treats for your friends and relatives for the holidays, but are tired of the same old cookie platter, check out Chocoley for some awesome gourmet candy making ingredients and supplies.
I had so much fun creating caramel apples with my Gourmet Chocolate & Caramel Apple Kit! The Chocoley instructions are super easy to follow. There are so many options as far as decorating the apples. You can sprinkle with nuts, mini chocolate chips, pretty much anything you like! The white chocolate drizzle comes prepackaged in its’ own applicator tip bottle. All you have to do is let it sit in hot water until melted, remove the cap and drizzle.
I can honestly say that this is the most fun and tasty review product I’ve received! As you can see, the finished products look like they were store purchased and taste even better because my apples are fresh. Even after sitting for a week, the apples were still fresh and crisp inside.
Chocoley includes everything you need (minus the apples) to make chocolate covered caramel apples in their kit – from wooden sticks to cellophane bags. When you receive the kit you will notice how heavy the chunk of caramel is! They even include non-stick sheets to be used after dipping in the chocolate. After wrapping, I used a bit of fall ribbon to finish mine off. The Chocoley instructions are clearly written and easy to follow. This apple kit would be a perfect project for older kids during their holiday vacation (with adult supervision of course).

I ended up making about 28 caramel apples with my kit, with still about a pound each of caramel and chocolate left over. I decided to make some bite size snacks, since my family/friends could only eat so many apples, and rolled pieces of the caramel into about 1 inch balls. I chilled them for about 10 minutes and then dipped them in the melted chocolate and then drizzled with the white chocolate. These little gems just melted in your mouth!
Whether it’s your first time candy making, or you are a professional, you will find all the supplies you need at Chocoley.com. They carry everything – several types and qualities of chocolate for melting (even for those glorious chocolate fountains!), flavorings, molds, packaging and wrapping supplies and candy fillings.
If you are interested in purchasing the caramel apple kit I used to make the above products, it runs $69.95. I think the price is a steal as I pay about $5.00 per apple at our local mall. If you have ever bought a package of individual caramels at the grocery store, you know you can only make 4-6 small apples per package, plus you have to unwrap all those caramels! Also, buying the supplies in the kit will save you over $30.00 from purchasing all the supplies separately.
