This morning I’m doing a little grocery shopping prep work with my new Wordologies note pad. This little note pad is more than just a place to write my grocery list, but a constant reminder of how fortunate I truly am. The message at the top of my note pad reads, “giving gains – magnify goodness.”
At Wordologies, they seek to empower all people through functional products that are designed to encourage introspection and meditation throughout their busy days. In keeping with their mission, they’ve signed on as an alliance partner with Women for Women International again this year to help women in war-torn and conflict-ridden countries get the education, skill training, and small business development skills they need to make a difference.
Wordologies has created a series of uplifting and self enlightening products designed to open their eyes to the little things. From Journal Trios that seek to inspire creativity to Coffee Mugs that invite their users to moments of quiet introspection while they sip their morning cup, every product has been designed with an intent to bring contentment.
My new favorite coffee mug from Wordologies reads “from within – happiness happens.” This beautiful handcrafted coffee mug gives my morning coffee an extra special punch. You can’t help but read the message with each sip you take and it’s a great reminder that you must be happy on the inside to truly be “happy.” What makes you happy?
Through one product and one woman at a time they seek to create the change they want to see in the world. For every online purchase they donate 5% of the proceeds toward the organization. Women for Women International works with socially excluded women in eight countries where war and conflict have devastated lives and communities. Women who enroll in our one-year program learn job skills and receive business training so they can earn a living.
Giving back is part of their mission. By partnering with Women for Women International, an organization dedicated to the empowerment of women, Wordologies is able to support female survivors of war – to become self-sufficient, to become aware of their rights, and to rebuild their lives.
DeAnn Monko and Juliane Monko founded the brand in November 2012 as a way to empower men and women to take charge of their health from within. Juliane brings her work in public health to the table, while DeAnn channels her background in physical education and holistic theory to create products that motivate people to focus on their own well-being.
