The Bellemain Bamboo Drawer Knife Organizer can hold 6 small knives on the top layer (such as steak knives), and 5 larger knives on the bottom. I love that this takes the place of our ugly knife block and clears up some counter space.
Bellemain uses bamboo in this product, an eco-friendly alternative to wood. This is a really heavy wooden piece and will easily stay in place in the drawer. It can be cleaned by hand with warm water, and then treated with cutting board oil. The Bellemain organizer is 17 inches long, 5 inches wide and is only 2 inches high – an easy fit in even the smallest drawers. My utensil drawer is very shallow and it fits with plenty of room to space, even completely filled.
