Scarlett Kitty Bath Products
My daughter and I absolutely love girly bath and body products. When I heard about Scarlett Kitty, I knew we just had to give their products a try. We were sent a couple of different products to try out, the Cha Cha Bubble Cake and the Fru Fru Fizzy Bomb. Both products smelled absolutely amazing, even wrapped up in their packaging.
Scarlett Kitt was created in January 2014 out of Ohio. They hand-make fabulous scented cupcake and ice cream cone bath products that make darling gifts for moms and kids alike! Their products are paraben and sulfate-free and super affordable. They are in 27 stores across the Southeast and Southwest and are quickly growing.
The first product my daughter and I decided to try was The Linda (pineapple orchid fragrance) Cha Cha Bubblecake. Cha Cha Bubblecakes are made up of two parts, the bubbles (frosting) and the bath fizzy (cupcake base). Separate the two pieces and you have two delightful bath products.
My Experiences
It’s important to read the directions upon receiving your Scarlett Kitty products. I failed to follow the directions the first time I used the Cha Cha Bubblecake and this was the result: a bubble-less bathtub filled with chunks. Lucky I had only pulled off a portion of my cupcake frosting and still had the rest to try.
After reading the instructions, I took the remaining portion of my Cha Cha Bubblecake frosting (see below) and held it under the running water in my daughter’s bathtub. The result: lots of amazingly scented bubbles and no mess!
The bath fizzies are little on the greasy side for kids, in my opinion. These are products I recommend for mom. One tip that I learned is to quickly scrub the tub down after using either the bottom of the Cha Cha Bubblecake or the Fru Fru Fizzy Bomb as they can leave a little ring around the tub. Let me tell you, though, I don’t mind having to scrub a ring off of the bathtub if it means getting a little “me” time.
Best Uses
While these products are great for a little “me” time, they also make great gifts for girls of all ages. The Cha Cha Bubblecakes go for about $11 and the Fru Fru Fizzy Bombs go for around $4.95. Grab some for yourself and don’t forget those upcoming birthdays you have to buy for.
