Sleep is such a precious commodity and something that everyone complains about not getting enough of. I have struggled with insomnia over the years and have tried countless pillows in all different shapes, heights, thicknesses, fillings, etc. Some are too low or too high, not soft enough or too soft. It bounces right back to its original shape quickly after use, and without “fluffing.” A terrific plus that I found with the Sweet Slumber is that it seems to be very cool (temperature wise) to sleep on (a huge plus for menopausal women!). I’ve had several other foam rubber pillows that made my head sweat while lying on them. So far the Sweet Slumber has given me a few great nights’ sleep and I’m hoping it’s a trend!
