Swapdom
We’ve all heard of sites like Ebay and Craiglist, right? Today I want to introduce you to a game changer in the online used product business called Swapdom! Swapdom is an online swapping site that is completely safe and easy to use. At Swapdom, you can offer your items to one person but request another item from someone else without having to bargain! Watch this short video for a clearer explanation.
For a while now, Swapdom has been focusing on clothing but they have now branched off into the home goods category. Beginning 5/12/14, you will be able to swap your new or used unwanted home goods for treasures that you really want from other Swapdom users.
The process is easy to follow and easy to do. Simply find the items you want, submit the items you don’t want and let Swapdom do the work for you. I don’t know about you but to have someone else do the hard work for me sounds like a vacation. I’ll take it!
Swapdom Tips:
Upload quality photos of your items and leave thorough descriptions. There’s nothing worse than a blurry photo and a vague description of any damage or details.
When searching for products you want, choose more than one to make it easier for Swapdom to find a deal for you.
Swapdom is currently open to US residents only but is hoping to expand to include more countries and is free except for the cost of shipping and a small service fee of $2 or less.
Join in on the Swadom Challenge Fun
The Swapdom Team Tidy Challenge is a 4-week event to introduce Swadom’s Home swapping category and encourage swappers to get excited about spring cleaning. Each week’s Team Tidy Challenge will focus on a part of the house to tackle, and of course, upload that stuff to Swapdom. One random person who uploads an item to each week’s featured category will win free shipping on their next swap. It’s a chance to organize your space, clear out the clutter, and reward yourself for work by swapping for great stuff you’ll actually use!
