As a mom to a {newly} picky toddler, making sure she gets the proper nutrition she needs daily can be a challenge. When she was a baby I could feed her anything, and she LIKED it. Now that she’s almost three she seems to not like anything green, anything with black stuff on it or any fresh fruits or veggies. She seems to do okay with freeze dried fruit and the dried mango from Costco, though. Oh, and canned green beans dipped in ranch. Yum!
I’m not the type of parent to cook my daughter special meals. What we cook for dinner is what we eat. No special meals for picky eaters. Guess what that means? A child that picks through the food to find the meat. It’s very frustrating. I have found, however, that there are fruit and veggie juices with no added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives that she actually does like from a company called good2grow!
