My husband and I decided to have a little date night “kid-free” at Dickey’s BBQ Pit the other night. Since he’d never been there and I had, I thought it would be a great place to go for a quick dinner. I was so right! My husband ordered the new chicken cornbread sandwich and I ordered my usual brisket lil hoagie. His sandwich ended up being so good that we ordered a side of the spicy barbecue sauce that was on it to dip our fries in.

The spicy chicken cornbread sandwich has pickles, chicken, spicy barbecue sauce, onions and cheddar cheese between two buttery cornbread buns. Seriously, it’s amazing.
Dickey’s is such a fun place for the whole family. The decor and atmosphere is just so cozy and the food is so tasty. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal there. There free soft serve ice cream is amazing, too!
