I’m so lucky to be able to test out fun children’s apps and be able to call it “work.” Most of the time I’m introduced to apps that I probably would’ve never found on my own and I am very grateful for that. There are so many apps that people put their time and effort into creating and the world needs to know about them. My newest app discovery – Kicks and Stomps: Mission Impawsible created by Lucie Jourdan.
This fun children’s app has two different modes, ‘Auto Play’ and ‘Start Reading.’ I usually end up handing my daughter my iPhone while we’re shopping around and running errands so apps like these really come in handy. I can set the app on either mode and she has a blast.

What makes Kicks and Stomps: Mission Impawsible different than other kids apps is that it really allows kids to use their imagination. They can click around in the app and explore the world at their feet. They can learn that a little positivity goes a long way and that it’s okay to make mistakes. Afterall, making mistakes is how we learn, right?
You can access the controls by hitting the settings button in which you can control the volume, music, characters and more. |
This app loads quickly and is full of bright colors and fun illustrations. The characters and their little personalities are pretty hilarious but my daughter’s favorites are the cowgirl boots.
