Get festive with chia seeds!
It’s the hap-hap-happiest time of the year, with lots of tasty treats and holiday parties. But sweets don’t have to bust the belt this time of year. As you start planning holiday get-togethers, make sure you keep your health on track with the simple addition of, you guessed it…Salba Chia seeds! Mmmm…

I make 'tapioca' pudding or jello.
1/4 cup chia seeds and 2 cups of sweetened coconut milk or juice.
Stick in fridge for a few hours, stirring occasionally.
Enjoy!

No, but I love sprinkling them on my oat bran. And mixing them into fresh squeezed juice. I've used them as an egg substitute in veggie burgers, too.

I have not baked with chia seeds. Yesterday I made a snack with 2Talmond butter, 2Tcocoa powder, 2Tchia seeds, 2T coconut flakes, 2Thoney and mixed in a bowl. Wow I love this. I am allergic to everything and this keeps me happy!

I only eat the chia gel (make and keep refrigerated) so I should try baking with it. I pinned a recipe for Sweet Potato Cakes with Kale from their site, so will give that a try.
