Who knew there was such an adorable brand of baby/kids swimwear at such great prices? Babi-kini actually started out a few years ago as gag gifts for a couple of their business associates and the business grew from there. Now you can find Babi-kinis on babies everywhere including Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter Penelope. We were sent this adorable Shazam Babi-kini ($30 – babikini.com) to review and my daughter is loving it. This is by far the cutest swimsuit she owns. Did you see the adorable beading on the strings? So cute!
The Babi-kini makes my two-year old look older than her age because of the cut and style, but I think that’s the humor in it. It’s cute and funny to see toddlers in adult-style clothes which is why Babi-kinis are such a hit. Of course, they don’t just offer triangle bikini-type swimsuits for little ones. They have one pieces, sunshirts, full cut bikinis and swimsuits for boys that are all made in the USA.
Funny Story: As soon as we received the Babi-kini in the mail, my daughter had to put it on. We had just gotten home from Cabo San Lucas so she was used to swimsuit weather. Little did she know, it was freezing outside and we definitely weren’t going swimming. We put the swimsuit on her anyways to take some pictures and ended up heading over to the grandparents’ house for a dip in the hot tub.
