Most artificial nail kits are a joke. I used to buy them all the time as a kid from my local Rite Aid so I know how they are. None of the nails end up fitting and the glue is pretty much super glue and gets everywhere. What if you could order an entire system to create custom artificial nails to fit your nail beds? Custom Nail Solutions offers just that. Starting with an impression system, you can now have artificial nails custom made for you to be applied in the comfort of your own home.

Once your order has been placed you’ll be shipped an impression kit which includes ten molds and putty. The instructions ask you to make sure your nails are trimmed short, buffed and properly prepared before placing them in the molds to ensure accurate impressions. After making your molds you need to fill out your order form and send it all back to the company using the same box and the shipping label which they’ve already included. The order form allows you to choose your “nail smile” style, solid or french tips, french tip depth (if applicable) and nail length.

My Thoughts
While I love the idea of creating custom fit nails at home the price seems a bit steep to me. However, after considering the fact that the nails can be reused over and over again, this kit can potentially save hundred of dollars – and that I love!
