Chicken of the Sea To Go Cups are a great way to include a healthy snack anytime during your day. These need no refrigeration and come in a single serving size (sold in 2 packs). I know when I was making school lunches for my kids they loved tuna sandwiches, but I didn’t want them to spoil sitting in their lunch bags until lunchtime.

Chicken of the Sea Tuna Salad To Go Cups are also only 80 calories and have only 0.5 gram of fat per serving and no saturated fat, making them perfect for snacking when on a diet. They contain 12 grams of protein, making them a snack that will stick with you for hours! There is no draining needed, so you can eat them anywhere. The tuna To Go Cups come in 3 varieties – albacore tuna, light tuna and tuna salad. There is also a Pink Salmon To Go Cup.
I ate my Tuna Salad To Go Cup on top of a stalk of celery since I’m trying to limit the amount of bread that I’m eating. This gave the tuna salad a great crunch and a really fresh taste! To Go Cups would be awesome in lettuce wraps too! Another plus of Chicken of the Sea To Go Cups is that they are gluten-free, which I know is important these days to many with digestive problems like celiac disease, etc.

Chicken of the Sea To Go Cups would be a really great addition to those disaster preparedness buckets that we all should have on hand. We never know when something is going to hit, so better safe than starving!
Here’s a fun idea! How about putting a few of these in Christmas stockings this holiday season – wouldn’t that be a little funky surprise! No one expects tuna in their stocking!
