Fix n Zip | Repair Those Broken Zippers!

How many times have you given away or thrown away a piece of clothing because of a broken zipper?  For me it’s too many times to count!  Now there is a product that will fix those zippers inexpensively.  It’s called FixnZip!!  This is the first time I have seen this product or anything like this.  I have replaced zippers on clothing and it’s a long process.  You have to rip out the old zipper and get out your sewing machine, thread, pins, etc., etc.  The FixnZip would have saved me so much time!  I reviewed the medium size FixnZip, which can handle most standard zipper sizes.  I used it to repair a snowboarding jacket that hasn’t been used in years because of the broken zipper.  My sons are too large for the jacket now, but I can hand it down to my friend’s son now instead of throwing it away!

How to use FixnZip:  As you remove the top part of the packaging, the inside of the card gives you complete how-to-use instructions and helpful hints on using FixnZip.  It is basically just a matter of inserting the metal zipper as you would any 2 sided zipper and pulling up.  It realigns the zipper teeth so the normal zipper slides up easily.  There is a ring and cord pull included to make it easier to pull up if it feels like its resisting a little.  There are also instructions for use on a zipper that has split further up.  The instructions are easy to understand and include illustrations.  There is also a YouTube video at www.fixnzip.com that is very helpful.  Sometimes seeing something being used makes it much clearer to understand.
