I’ve never been a huge cow’s milk drinker. I love other dairy products like cheese, cottage cheese, etc. but I just have a hard time pouring myself a glass of cow’s milk and actually finishing it. I was recently given the opportunity to try out some soymilk from 8th Continent and I thought, why not? Let’s see what all the soymilk buzz is all about.
Up for review today is the non-dairy and oh-so-delicious 8th Continent Original flavor of Soymilk. I was a little hesitant to jump right into the original flavor of the soymilk but I quickly found out that it tastes so good. It has a little bit of a vanilla flavor to it so it’s almost like drinking a thin milkshake. I enjoy my soymilk on cereal and by the glass. Yes, I’m now drinking soymilk by the glass! Check out some of the other flavors by 8th Continent (below). I found mine at my local Target.
Why are people making the switch to soymilk?
*8th Continent soymilk provides 8 grams of soy protein per serving. 25 grams of soy protein per day , as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.
*8th Continent Soymilk also contain Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Calcium which are very beneficial.
*Soymilk is great for providing protein, calcium, vitamin D and fiber to picky eaters.
