What are WellnessMats?
A WellnessMat is a 3/4 inch, PVC free, comfort mat that you stand on in kitchens, bathrooms, at work and in the garage. This company also makes a mat that can be used for fitness needs, such as yoga.

My Thoughts
The WellnessMat kitchen mat really takes the stress off your legs and feet, especially when standing for long periods of time. I was sent a kitchen mat to try and after just a few days of use I don’t know how I got along without one! I used to work in a school cafeteria where they used large, heavy, similar mats, but none were as comfortable and stylish as this one! In the cafeteria they were just made of a stiffer rubber material, which was okay, but after standing on this mat there is no comparison! I wish all the flooring in my house was a WellnessMat!

This mat does not roll up on the edges, a huge plus! This would make them so much safer for elderly people and children since they do not create a tripping hazard. I walk about 6 miles a day on hard surfaces for exercise and my feet do get sore at times, so standing in the kitchen on this mat is so much more bearable. Life would be perfect if I had one in front of every appliance in the kitchen! WellnessMats make a mat to match practically any color scheme in any room, even colors similar to most hardwood or laminate floors.

While these mats are a little on the pricey side compared to similar mats (prices starting at about $69.95 to upwards of $250.00 on WellnessMats.com, depending on style and size), they also come with an unprecedented 7 year warranty which guarantees that your mat will not compress, come apart or wear through and will always lie flat. You definitely do not get that great of a warranty with the mats that other stores carry! I think these mats are well worth the money when you consider the comfort along with the warranty! If you feel guilty about splurging on a Wellness Mat for yourself, add it to your Holiday wish list. *wink*
