The backseat of my car is always a disaster. I often just throw an extra pack of baby wipes and a handful of diapers on the seat next to my daughter’s car seat for those “just in case” moments. Combine these with my daughters sippy cup, “the toy of the day” and anything else we take with us on-the-go, and it’s a recipe for a BIG mess. Not only does the Backseat Organizer Lite reduce the clutter, but it also helps reduce backseat boredom. It has a fantastic clear pocket on the top to hold an iPad, Kindle or any other handheld device. Now my daughter can watch her favorite shows from the PBS App during road trips and we don’t have to worry about her clicking out of the screen or dropping the iPad.
I also love the amount of storage space that the Backseat Organizer Lite offers. You can see in the image below that we can now keep our extra pack of wipes up and away from the floor of the car with the handy elastic wipes holder. Thanks to the three storage pockets, we are able to keep our daughter’s toys and snacks organized and off the seat and floor. The two pockets below the iPad holder are perfect for sippy cups, snacks, coloring supplies or even diapers.
Installation: I was very impressed with how quickly and easily the Backseat Organizer Lite installed. It has two straps with quick-release buckles that are able to wrap around the headrest and the seat bottom. You can adjust the straps to fit just about any seat.
Since my daughter rides in the middle of the back seat, I thought it would be fun to snap a photo of her perspective. You can see how she can easily watch her shows even though she is not directly in front of the screen.
I also love the “Fold and Go” feature of the Backseat Organizer Lite. You can quickly and easily fold the organizer in half, adjust the straps and carry your belongings with you.
