Natural Dog Treats
I’m pretty careful about providing healthy meals and snacks for my family but when it comes to my pet’s nutrition, I admit that I really don’t put much thought into her food and treats. I had heard of the brand Canidae through the dirt bike industry, oddly enough, but had never given them a try until recently.
Canidae is a natural pet food company that produces all of its products in the USA. They offer premium, great tasting food and treats for dogs and cats at very affordable prices. Canidae sent my poochie two bags of their natural dog treats to try and I think it’s safe to say Laila is loving them.

We’ve been feeding our boxer, Laila, the Canidae Grain Free PURE Heaven Bisquits and just recently switched over to the new Canidae Life Stages Bakery Snacks. She loves both and they don’t seem to mess with her stomach. Boxers are known to have gas problems (yuck, I know) and most treats upset Laila’s stomach. Surprisingly these have not messed with her stomach. They are definitely keepers.
Each doggie treat has a slit down the middle so if you have a smaller dog you can easily break the treats in half. You can see in the image below the actual size of the treats. Laila is a 40 pound boxer and the treat is the perfect size for her.
